Please note that the closing date for nominations for the Committee is Midnight 29th November 2024. However, if you wish your nomination to appear in the full AGM Booklet, please have your nomination to the secretary by midnight 14 November 2024.

A zoom link to the AGM for those wishing to attend online will be emailed to all members on 5 December 2024. This link will only be emailed ONCE and will NOT be available on the day of the AGM. Voting at the AGM is available to all Full and Life Members only. All voting will be via the ElectionBuddy platform and will open at 1.15pm - 4.30pm Saturday 7 December 2024.
A link to the ElectionBuddy platform with full details on how to vote will be sent by SMS mobile messages to all those eligible to vote on the day of the AGM. If you have changed your mobile number recently, please advise the secretary asap.
