Dogs: No dogs allowed on the polocrosse ground at all. Campsite: No campsite reservations allowed. No camping allowed on Polocrosse Grounds at all!. Fires: Contained in a drum. Catering: Canteen available Friday & Saturday - Pop Up Cafe.
Ride Base Open: Fri 8th 1:00 PM to Sun 10th 1:00 PM
Gowrie Park Polocrosse Grounds - Claude Rd, Tasmania (200 meters along Claude Road before the O’Neills Road – Claude Road intersection)
Please remove horse manure and hay before leaving base. Take all rubbish home
Ride Office Open: Fri 8th 5:00 PM to Sat 9th 6:00 PM
Please have logbooks filled out prior to presenting to enter.
Temperature Log: A 3 day Horse Health Declaration is required (see form attached)
Refund Policy: Refund Policy: 100% refund available up to 5 pm Friday 8th Nov2024, on AERAonline. Please contact Oss Foley Memorial Ride Committee after that.
