Dogs: To be on leads at all time. Campsite reservations available. Fires: Camp fires allowed in drums. Catering: Leenies Food Van - menu to be advised nearer the event.
Ride Base Open: Fri 4th 12:00 PM to Mon 30th 9:00 AM
Inside Collie Racecourse will be open for camping at 12pm. All rubbish to be placed in bins or taken home with you. Hay and manure to be spready put evenly before you leave.
Ride Office Open: Fri 4th 3:00 PM to Fri 4th 7:00 PM
Ride Desk reopens 7am Saturday
Temperature Log: 3 day temperature log required from Wednesday 2nd October
Refund Policy: A $30 non refundable deposit is included with your entry fee

Presentations - Please stay for presentations, not only is it a horse welfare requirement to remain for a period of time after you have vetted, it is also considered part of the ride that you stay for presentations to receive your logbook/day card and congratulate your fellow riders. We aim to hold presentations as soon as possible - Timings TBC on the day.
Catering - Leenies are catering, menu to be advised nearer the event.
Regarding the toilets and showers……Please mop and clean up after yourself, every little bit helps. If something runs out, please ask at the office and replace it where needed.
