Enter ride base off Shiralee Trail via Bathurst St and Lismore St Abermain. Do not follow your GPS any other way.
Ride Office Open: Sat 25th 11:30 AM to Sat 25th 5:00 PM
Ride Office will also open at 7am on 26/05/2024 to finalise entries (hand out bibs ect) for the 20 km ride only. Entries for the 40 and 80 km rides must be finalised on 25/05/2024.
Temperature Log: Per AERA HHD forms: 10 days for horses without current Hendra Virus vaccination travelling from a property of origin within a known Hendra Risk Zone. 3 days for all other horses.
Refund Policy: 100% refund until midnight 20/05/2024, then 50% refund until midnight 22/05/2024. Please note event info about changes below. Thanks for understanding that our costs remain fixed after 20/05/2024. Please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances.
Event Information
No new entries will be taken at the ride. Rider and horse changes will be accomodated up to when entries are finalised at the ride office, as long as a nomination has been made and entry fee paid before nominations close. For example, if you enter with one horse and wish to ride another, or enter a horse and want to change the rider, these changes can be made (subject to the rules of course).
Photographer extraordinaire, Sarah Sullivan Photography will be taking your ride photos again this year.
Ride start and preride talk times are subject to confirmation.

horse water will be available at the ride base from Saturday 25/5, bring your own horse water if arriving on Friday.
