Office opens Saturday 9.30am to 6pm for all rides both days.
Office opens Sunday 6.00 am only for 20km Sunday riders who can't enter and vet on Saturday. Sunday 40km riders must enter and vet on Saturday.

Saturday Twilight : 5km, 20km, 40km and 80km Sunday: 20km, 40km

The office and vetting will open early on Sunday for 20km riders who can't arrive on Saturday. Sunday 40km riders must enter and vet on Saturday. We want to start the Sunday rides early to avoid the heat. Sunday 20km riders, please arrive, finalise entries and pre ride vet on Saturday if at all possible. Please bring human drinking water. Limited firewood supplied, please BYO, whether fires are allowed is to be advised . The local Fire Brigade will be doing horse water in camp. Please clean up your poo & pile up or put under trees.
We pay a grounds/camping fee of $10 per entrant per night. Entry fees include one night, if you're staying more than one night, please pay for extra nights when you nominate.
Catering will be available, lunch and dinner Saturday and breakfast Sunday.
