Dogs: Dogs allowed on leads at all times. No campsite reservations. Fires: Fires allowed in drums only. Catering: Local Hockey Club. Onsite from 11:30am - 6pm Saturday & 7:30am - 2pm Sunday.
Ride Base Open: Sat 21st 6:00 AM to Sun 22nd 6:00 PM
- All manure & rubbish to be taken home with you
- Toilets are available on grounds
- No showers on grounds
Ride Office Open: Sat 21st 12:00 PM to Sat 21st 3:00 PM
Nominations Open - 12noon Saturday for all Events
Temperature Log: 4 Day Temperature Log Required (minimum)
Refund Policy: Full refund until 11pm - 19th March 2026. No refunds thereafter

Sunday: 20Km, 40Km & 80Km
Nominations Open: 12noon - 3pm Saturday
Vetting Open: 1pm – 4pm Saturday
Pre-Ride Talk All Rides: 5pm Saturday
Start Times: 80Km - 5am / 40Km – 6:30am / 20Km – 8am
Costs:
- 80Km: $160
- 40Km: $70
- 20Km: $40
Plus $40 Day Membership Fee if required (Includes International Riders who must provide Letter of No Objection from Origin Country)
Catering is being provided by the Local Hockey Club SATURDAY: 11:30am - 6pm SUNDAY: 7:30am - 2pm Sunday.
