All entries and pre-ride vetting must be done on Saturday.
Temperature Log: 4 day temp log. 3 days prior to travel plus the morning you travel to ride.
Refund Policy: 100% refund for cancellations up until Friday 19th June. After that at ROC discretion.
Event Information
Water at the ride base for horses will be pumped from dams. Horse water on track will be provided at check points. Do not strap from water troughs. BYO drinking water. Manure can be put on the nearest tree. Please take all rubbish with you and leave our host's property as you found it. There is NO POWER at the ride base. No showers. There will be port-a-loos on site. Please NO DOGS Keep your campsite as compact as possible. The 5km ride will be held within our hosts property. All other rides will go from ride base to the Gibberagee State Forest (1.7km from base) Raffle tickets available when nominating online or on the weekend. Tickets are 3 for $5 We thank our wonderful sponsors, ride base hosts, vets, Chief Steward and volunteers. We are looking forward to this new ride base and exploring new tracks in our beautiful area.
