Dogs: Dogs to be on leash at all times. No campsite reservations. Fires: Contained campfires are prefferred. Catering: Meals, Ice and accomodation available at the front gate at the 'Retreat Hotel' Bookings essential. PH (07) 4954 1239.

Camping to be paid per rider for the weekend. No mains power. Limited mobile phone service. Water on tap but not potable (BYO Human drinking water) Manure and leftover feed to be placed around trees. All rubbish to be removed from camp, industrial bins available at the front gate for disposal if required.

Horse Health declarations to be completed and handed to Ride Secretary Shed upon arrival prior to unloading horses.
Temperature Log: 3 days plus day of travel
Refund Policy: Cancellations prior to 22/06/2025 will be refunded in full minus the booking system transaction fee. Cancellations after 22/06/2025 will incur an administration fee of 25% of the nomination fee plus transaction fees. Withdrawals from subsequent events due to a vet out when nominated for multiple events across a weekend will result in a full refund minus transaction fees. Changes made to nominated distances and any additional ride nominations will be accepted on the day but will incur a $25 late fee per nomination.
Event Information
Tracks are through privately owned cattle property's with an abundance of wildlife including koalas. No bitumen roads. Tracks are mostly flat to undulating with some mountainous areas and breakaway gullies. Abundant natural creek crossings and cattle troughs for water. Gates to open and close depending on the availability of volunteers.
