bags supplied for horse manure - all manure to be bagged before leaving
take all rubbish home
Ride Office Open: Sat 8th 9:00 AM to Sat 8th 4:00 PM
Ride office will be open 7-8am Sunday for 20km entries arriving on the day.
Temperature Log: as per AERA requirements 4 days prior to pre ride vetting
Refund Policy: 100% refund all fees upto Friday 31st July 11pm: 50% refund all fees upto Wednesday 5th August 11pm: NO refund after 11pm Friday 7th August
Event Information
Raffle tickets available pre ride and during the weekend - drawn at presentations - Saturday & Sunday OTT (Off The Track) and HERO competion and awards for registered horses. Please email details of your OTT or HERO horse to ponyclubararat@hotmail.com by 31st July. Criteria for these awards - OTT horses must be registred with OTT - search for ' off the track community' if your horse is not yet registered. Horses for the HERO award must be a registered pure or part bred standardbred - please supply registration details.
