Location: Collie Race Course, McVee Road, Collie WA 6225
Dogs: Must be on leads at all times. No dogs in vet ring.. Campsite: Manure & hay to be spreadout evenly.. Fires: Allowed in Drums, BYO firewood. Catering: Leenies Food Van will be catering Friday afternoon, through to 7pm Saturday .
Ride Base Open: Fri 21st 12:00 PM to Sun 23rd 10:00 AM
Manure & hay can be evenly spread out. . Please ensure all rubbish is either taken home with you or placed in the bins provided.
Ride Office Open: Fri 21st 3:00 PM to Sat 22nd 7:00 PM
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride.

*** AMENITIES *** Toilets & showers - please mop and clean up after yourself, every little bit helps. If something runs out, pleaseask at the office and replace it where needed. Please ensure you are off the middle of the track by 10am Sunday 23rd Aug.
*** PRESENTATIONS *** Times will be announced on the day.
*** LATE ENTRIES *** Contact must be made with the Ride Organiser and attract a $50 Late Fee per entry.
