Location: Lovetts Flat Road
Dogs: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and all mess needs to be cleaned up. No campsite reservations. Fires: No individual. Catering provided.
Ride Base Open: Fri 20th 10:30 AM to Sun 22nd 3:00 PM
Grounds need to be left as they are found. All hay and manure needs to be picked up and taken away.
Ride Office Open: Fri 20th 1:00 PM to Sat 21st 6:00 PM
Temperature Log: All horses need to complete and present a 4 day temp log
Refund Policy: A full refund will be provided until the start of vetting friday afternoon.

Event Information
80km and 40km rides are VGIH, the 15km is normal vetting.
Keep to the track in the paddock, No camping on the left side of the track this is strictly out of bounds to everyone.
