Dogs: Dogs must be on leat at all times, Not to be left in camp unattended.. Campsite: There are no powered sites. Toilets and Showers available.. Fires: No individual fires, Common fire pit near Camp Kitchen Saturday Night, All Welcome.. Catering: SATURDAY EVENING SAUSAGE SIZZLE AVAILABLE, BYO food and Human drinking water for the remainder of the weekend..

RIDE BASE: EURI Gold Farms, 884 East Euri Road, Euri Creek (Merinda).
Follow the signs, cross the grid just after the Catle yards on the right.
Ride Office Open: Sat 30th 9:00 AM to Sun 31st 6:00 PM
Temperature Log: 3 days HDD. All horses must be fully Hendra-vaccinated, with current certification. Please hand in your fully completed Horse Health Declaration/s & show your vaccination certificate/s on arrival. MUST have PIC recorded on all your paperwork.
Refund Policy: Cancellations of nominations must be made in writing and there will be no refund applicable after Midnight 29th of May 2026 unless for medical grounds or family emergency to the committee’s discretion.
Event Information
SATURDAY EVENING $3.50 'BUNNINGS STYLE SAUSAGE SIZZLE'
Nominations open from 9:00am Saturday, Pre-ride vetting starts at 10:00am to 12:30pm Saturday with Saturdays riders having priority in the vet ring.
Sunday riders are requiered to be at the ride base for the pre-ride brief at 1:00pm Saturday.
Tracks mainly travel along gravel farm roads with connecting bush tracks through paddocks and along winding creeks.
Hoof Protection: Some of the shorter 5/10/20km tracks can be completed without hoof protection, with prior hoof conditioning,
Horse are required to be contained in yards in line with the AERA containment policy when not accompanied and on a lead rope.
