Temperature Log: 3 days HDD. Please hand in your fully completed Horse Health Declaration/s on arrival. MUST have PIC recorded on all your paperwork.
Refund Policy: Cancellations of nominations must be made in writing and there will be no refund applicable after Midnight Friday the 18th of September 2026 unless for medical grounds or family emergency to the committee’s discretion.
Event Information
Early Bird nominations will close 7 days prior, at midnight Friday the 18th of September 2025 after which time, nominations will incur a $20 late fee (a nomination made prior to cut off may be added to or changed without incurring a late fee). Plenty of room for BYO fencing (needs to comply with QERA containment rules). It is a Tepon requirement that you put all manure and feed left-overs into designated areas before leaving the grounds (not at the base of trees) and either put your rubbish in the bins if provided or take it home with you. The Tracks: The tracks will be undulating, including hill work, forestry tracks, some road work and rockiness underfoot. There will be ample natural watering spots + supplied water if necessary.
