Dogs: must be secured or on a leash attached to a person or fixed object at all times. No campsite reservations. Fires: in drums. No catering provided.

Ride Office Open: Sat 29th 2:00 PM to Sun 30th 5:00 PM
Temperature Log: All horses require a 4 day temperature log - 3 days prior to event + day of event prior to travel - see Horse Health Declaration form attached
Refund Policy: Refunds are available minus a $20 administration fee where ride entries are cancelled via AERAOnline by 11:59pm on the Friday before the event - for full details please see refund policy attached
Event Information
Join as at a revamped Tarlee ride. It has been quite some time since we hosted a ride at Tarlee, but we are very grateful for first time ride organiser Linda for choosing such a lovely venue.
The tracks will largely consist of private property and dirt roads. When riding through public property, please be mindful and ensure to leave gates as you find them - we hope to have sufficient gate sitters but it is not always guaranteed!
RAFFLE being held - so bring your cash if you want to get in on it!
ENTRIES- get your entries in before Monday 24 August 2026 at 10pm to recieve the $30 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT ($30 Early Bird Discount applied at checkout)
No entries accepted after Wednesday 26 August 2026 at 10pm
CAMPING FEE - please note there is a camping fee per horse for this ride, please purchase via service items
All rubbish, manure and hay to be bagged and taken home.
DAY MEMBERSHIP $50 for Adults and $40 for children payable for all non-members of SAERA this is automatically included in the relevant entry fee category - so check which applies to you.
