Dogs: Must be on leads at all times, animal control officers patrol the grounds.. No campsite reservations. Fires: In braziers or drums only.. Catering: Pizza, burgers, bacon and egg rolls, hot chips, coffee and cakes..

Enter via main gate and proceed straight ahead around the rear of the main arena. Keep the main arena on your left and you won't go wrong.
Be aware of wet bog areas towards rear of grounds.
Ride office and vetting will be in the main arena this year.
Ride Office Open: Sat 8th 7:00 AM to Sun 9th 12:00 PM
If you wish to leave before presentations, please pre-arrange this by contacting our ride secretary, or ask when you nominate. We will try to accomodate you if we can.
Temperature Log: Standard AERA 3 day temperature log.
Refund Policy: Full refund until nominations close. $20 admin fee once nominations have closed at our discretion.
Event Information
Our ride will be run under AERA Vet Gate Into Hold this year. Strapping area will be available in the main arena.
Please attend pre-ride briefing. There will be some VITAL information discussed regarding rules within the showgrounds, etiquitte when riding through residential area, and what you must do when riding through the Shadforths construction site. Failure to follow instruction WILL lead to disqualification. As per rule 26.8 attendance at the pre-ride briefing is recommended for all riders and is mandatory for novice riders. Non-attendance at the pre-ride briefing is not an excuse for failure to comply with a specific ride requirement communicated at the pre-ride briefing.
