Event Information

Horses are to be either in stables or in yards that are in line with AERA containment rules. Sunday riders are required to be at ride base for the pre-ride brief at 12.00pm Saturday. Nominations are open from 9.00am. Pre-Ride vetting for Saturday rides will start at 10.00am. Sunday rides pre-ride vetting will open on Saturday between 10am & 4pm, however Saturday riders have priority in the vet ring.

There are 24 undercover yards and 24 open yards, they are allocated on a first in basis. TCC conditions are that all horse manure, Hay and feed are all removed from stables and camping areas and placed in designated areas. There will be an individual fine for any person that leaves mess in their area.

Plenty of room for BYO fencing (needs to comply with QERA containments rules)

It is a Bluewater Equestrian Centre requirement that you put all manure and feed left-overs into designated trailers supplied on the grounds. All rubbish is to be taken home with you as there are no bins provided on the grounds.
