Ride base open from 12 noon Wednesday to allow for Marathon entries to set up camps.
Ride Office Open: Wed 2nd 2:00 PM to Sun 6th 6:00 PM
Admin crew will be available from 2.00 pm each day to confirm nominations for the next day.
Temperature Log: All horses on site, must present with a Horse Health declaration showiing a temperature log of 3 days prior to traeland days up to pre-ride vetting.
Refund Policy: Note that all refunds should be applied for through the online nomination system by 8.00 pm on Tuesday 7 April.
Event Information
Access to ride base is from 12 noon on Wednesday 1 April. If you require camping before then, this will be as arranged with the caretaker - phone 0476 295 224
Catering is available by the Imbil Show Society from Thursday 2 April for the duration of the Easter Endurance Carnvial. Please support our caterers.
A short walk to town will give you access to the local Hotel, IGA, bakery, laundromat, cafe, service station and a range of other shopping and service opporunties.
A Presentation Dinner will be held on Easter Monday evening 6th April, 2026. This is an excellent chance to relax and have fun after a great weekend. Please book when you do your nominations so as not to be disappointed. Dinner is a 2 course meal consisting of roast meat and vegies and dessert with a vegetarian option as well. A children's meal of nuggets and chips is available for chidren aged 10 years and under.
NOTE THAT DINNER NUMBERS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY MONDAY 30 MARCH. Your dinner tickets must be collected from ADMIN and must be presented to get your meal.
Marathon The 320 km FAW Marathon is offered as an elevator with the option to not elevate at the end of leg 6, end of day 3. You must complete all legs over the first 3 days for this to count as a marathon.
Parade for Best Managed for completions in the 320 km marathon will be at 4.00 pm on Monday afternoon.
Ride Base The base is set up with lighting, showers, toilets and some water points - bring your own hose. A dedicated crewing area will be provided near the vetting area. There are no powered sites. Campsites are first-in-best-dressed with priority given to significant volunteers and camps that include marathon riders/horses.
Please remove all rubbish from camping areas. Wheelie bins will be available and a collection point for horse manure will be advised.
When you arrive you will be given a bag for collection of cans, bottles and cartons that are elligible for Cash for Cans returns. Please help as with this fundraiser for the club and to reduce our waste footprint.

Presentations and pre-ride Each afternoon at 5.00 pm presentations will be done for rides completed that day followed by pre-ride talk for rides the following day commencing at 6.00 pm. Pre-ride talk for the Marathon riders will be at 6.45 each evening.
Refunds Refunds will be determined by when this is requested - if refund is ought 5 days before your ride, 100% of nomination fee will be refunded. The later the cancellation the less the refund. If you nominate the same horse for more than one event and it vets out at the first, you will be refunded nomination fees for subsequent events.
