Dogs: Dogs must stay on leash AT ALL TIMES!! Dog excrement must be picked up.. Campsite: No campsite reservation. Fires: Above ground fire pits only, depending on the current local fire restrictions. . Catering: Catering provided by Southbrook Sports Club for Saturday lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast (PRE-ORDER ESSENTIAL for numbers)..
Ride Base Open: Fri 20th 2:00 PM to Sun 22nd 2:00 PM
Toilets and showers available at base. No yards are available for booking. Please take your rubbish home with you. Phone coverage available. No glasss or cigarette butts allowed on grounds. Above ground fire pits only, depending on the current local fire restrictions. The grounds are not huge- please be considerate with your camp and yard sizes.
Ride Office Open: Sat 21st 8:00 AM to Sat 21st 2:00 PM
Temperature Log: Biosecurity controls will be in place for horses and riders. Horses must have a 4 day horse health declaration. There is no PIC number for the Southbrook Sports Club.
Refund Policy: Cancellation prior to nominations closing - full refund. Cancellation after close of online nominations - $25 admin fee deducted. Cancellation on, or after ride day - no refund. Downgrade of entry at ride - refund of difference less a $25 admin fee.
Event Information
A good novice track with a mix of quiet dirt roads and slashed grassy verges. Minimal gravel underfoot (3km). There will be ample water on track for horses and water available at checkpoints for riders. We encourage riders to carry a water bottle to refill.
Southbrook Pub is a 10 min walk/2 min drive down the road.
