Dogs: on lead and in control at all times. Campsite: yards available, contact ride organiser. Fires: in drums BYO wood. Catering: no catering.

ride office 9-10.30 am for Introductory rides only.
ride office 1-4pm for Endurance and Intermediate rides.
Temperature Log: as per AERA rules
Refund Policy: 100% refund to Monday 10pm 23rd June 2025, 50% refund to Friday 10pm 27th June 2025. No refund after this.
