Dogs: must be on lead and repsonsible person in control at all times.. No campsite reservations. Fires: must be in drums-BYO drum and firewood.. Catering: provide by Moyston Landcare - Saturday, dinner from 6pm..
Ride Base Open: Fri 12th 12:30 PM to Sun 14th 7:00 PM
Horse manure to be bagged and left in camp
Ride Office Open: Sat 13th 12:29 PM to Sat 13th 4:00 PM
Temperature Log: as per AERA policy
Refund Policy: 50% refund to 11pm Thursday 11th August, NO refund from Friday 12th August unless medical/veterinarian certificate provided
