all 120km riders must be on the ride base by 6pm Sunday 23 August. Please contact us with a bribe and good excuse if this can't happen. We want to have everyone settled in by Sunday night.

Refund Policy: $150 non refundable fee applies to all entries. Pay in full and withdraw before 11.59 pm on 3 August, full refund less the $150 non refundable fee. Withdraw after 11.59 pm on 3 Aug and before 11.59 pm on 20 Aug, refund is 50% of fee paid less the $150 non refundable fee. After 11.59pm on 20 August no refunds.
Event Information
Please read all information carefully. We're very happy to say that Saddleworld Shoalhaven will be at Shahzada, with your Shahzada week needs. Items can be preordered by calling 02 44505200. Thanks for your support Saddleworld Shoalhaven.
Rider and Horse eligibilty: 120km ride:Novice horses and riders allowed, rider must have completed 2x40km rides and be a DA riding member (unless international), horse must have a logbook 200km ride: rider must be a qualified endurance rider, not novice, a DA riding member (unless international), horse must be a qualified endurance horse but can be on the 13 month rule, successful completion will not requalify from the 13 month rule though 400km: no novices, qualified endurance riders and horses only. No horses on the 13 month rule.
The preride book will be available here from 3 August. Please download and read it. Printed copies will NOT be available at the ride.
Please bring a FM radio with you to tune to the Shahzada radio network.

Camping will be done separately to AERAOnline this year. Details are on the camping form. Please complete the camping form and send it to Belinda Hopley at belindabrian62@gmail.com. Camping will not be finalised until the entry fee is paid in full but please read the refund policy. Camping will be allocated to areas, not specific sites.
Powered sites will be limited, please choose an area where power is available and include power on your camping form. If you book in an area with power, we will do our best to give you a connection. Payment for power will open on 17 August. Before 17 August we will contact those entrants who have a powered site allocated. Do not pay for power unless you hear from us that you have it. Generators are permitted on the sites noted on the map, but must be super quiet and turned off at 9pm, no exceptions. We need to be considerate of our neighbours.
Please order your firewood through AERAonline before 17 August or BYO. We won't have deliveries during the week. Fires in drums please.
Merchandise can be bought via the Shahzada Merchandise AERAonline 'event' until 19 July for delivery at the ride, and after 19 July until approximately 12 September. Postage fees will apply for orders after 19 July unless you're lucky enough to purchase some of the very limited stock that will be available at the ride.
