The office will open at 9am for Saturday riders & riders riding both days. Please if you're only riding on Sunday wait until 11am to come & enter.
Temperature Log: 4 day horse health declaration. These must start 3 days prior to departure plus the date of departure.
Refund Policy: 100% refund until close of entries Wednesday night. 50% refund untill 9pm Friday 24th. No refunds after 9pm Friday 24th. All refunds need to be processed through AERAonline.

Saturday
9am office opens for Saturday riders & people riding both days. 10.30am vetting opens for Saturday riders & people riding both days. 11am office opens for Sunday riders. 12pm vetting opens Sunday riders. 6pm Saturday rides presentation. 6pm Preride talk.
12.30pm 40km starts - preride talk at the back gate 12.15pm under saddle. Min riding time 3hrs, Maximun 5.00hrs. 1.00pm 20km starts - preride talk at the back gate 12.45pm under saddle. Min riding time 1.5hrs, Maximum 3hrs.
Sunday
3am 80km Min riding time per leg 3hrs, Maximum riding time 9hrs. 3am 100/120km Maximum riding time 13hrs. 7am 40km start. Min riding time 3hrs, Maximum 5.00hrs. 80km presentation 2.00pm
Tracks will have a range of gravel roads, farm paddocks, tar roads with good verge. Due to lambing & cropping we are unable to use as much farm land as normal, therefore having to use our good verged tar roads more. We are starting early to beat the small amounts of traffic as much as possible.
