Dogs: Dogs on leads at all times and not permitted in Vetting area.. No campsite reservations. Fires: BYO Firewood/Fire Pit. Wayne will host a Sausage Sizzle and Happy Hour on Friday night around the campfire and communal campfire Saturday night.. Catering: Wild Fig Mobile Van for lunch Saturday and Breakfast Sunday and Artisan Pizza for dinner Saturday night..

Ride base available for camping Friday-Monday. Those arriving Friday will need horse water and self catering.

Ride Office Open: Sat 8th 8:30 AM to Sun 9th 4:00 PM
Office will open on Saturday morning at 8:30am. All entries and vetting must be done on Saturday. Please download and read the Program supplied.
Temperature Log: 4 Day HHD Temp Log: 3 Days prior to travel, plus the morning you travel to ride.
Refund Policy: 100% refund for cancellations up until Friday 7th. After that at ROC discretion.
Event Information
Please download and read the entry program carefully. We are holding standard 20km, 40km and 80km events. Saturday: Event 1: 40km ride at 11am. Event 3: 20km ride at midday. Sunday: Event 6: 80km endurance ride starting at 5am. Event 7: 40km ride starting at 6am. Event 8: 20km ride starting at 9am. Wild Fig Coffee Van will be on site both days. Saturday night catering yet to be confirmed.
