Event Information
** Ride entries are closing on Monday, 16 June at 10.00pm, as we need to know numbers and will not be re-opened**
CAMPING FEE $10 per horse. Camping fees are passed on to the Showground. CATERING INFO There will be NO on-site catering as we want to support our local businesses. The Rustic Nature Cafe, 15 Moorilda Street, Neville is open Wed-Sunday serving delicious homemade light meals, baked treats and excellent coffee. The Neville Pub is a great place for dinner (we recommend booking a table in advance with Scarlett via text on 0468 911 192). Indoor and outdoor seating. Both places are in walking distance. PHOTOGRAPHER - Jo Arblaster from Animal Focus DOGS - Welcome, but on leashes please TOILETS & SHOWERS - onsite RIDE BASE opens at NOON Friday 20 June - if you are arriving earlier, please let us know. The main gate must be kept closed. OFFICE opens on Saturday at 9:00am VETTING opens on Saturday at 10:00am (preference given to 20km Saturday riders) ELETRONIC TIMING will be used across all rides thanks to Tom McCormack.
