Dogs: Permitted but MUST be on leads at all times. Campsite: Camping available - to be booked via Service Items.. Fires: No Camp Fires permitted. Catering: Bar Saturday night & evening meals - to be ordered via Service Items. Catering available Sunday.
Ride Base Open: Sat 25th 12:00 PM to Mon 27th 9:00 AM
Manure and Hay must be bagged.
Ride Office Open: Sat 25th 2:00 PM to Sun 26th 7:00 PM
Ride Desk reopens 7am Sunday
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required from 22nd April 2026
Refund Policy: A $30 non refundable deposit is included in the entry fee
Event Information
CAMPING FEE - A $20 Camping fee per family/camp set up is payable via the Service Items
CATERING - Saturday night dinners to be ordered with your entry via the Service Items a Bar will be open from 5 - 8pm - takeaways available NO BYO. A canteen will be available Sunday
ENTRY INFORMATION - A Late entry fee of $50 applies for anyone wishing to enter after the close of entries. Please contact the Ride Organiser to arrange this.
