Location: Collie Race Course , McVee Road Collie
Dogs: Allowed, must be on leads at all time. Are not permitted near the vet ring or at pre ride briefing. Campsite: All camping will be in the middle of the track. All rubbish to be placed in bins provided or taken home with you.. Fires: Permitted, but must be in drums. BYO Firewood. A communal fire . Catering: Leenies will be on site from Friday afternoon through to 7pm Saturday.
Ride Base Open: Fri 25th 12:00 PM to Sun 27th 2:00 PM
All horses to be camped in the middle of the track which opens at 12pm. All hay and manure to be spread evenly before you leave. The centre of the race will be accessible from 11am. All rubbish to be placed in bins or taken home with you
Ride Office Open: Fri 25th 1:00 PM to Sun 27th 2:00 PM
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride.

Event Information

EVENT INFORMATION -The weekend is the official test event for Tom Quilty 2027 -Camping for all horses and riders is in the middle of the track - access available from 12pm. -A communal fire and hot water drum will be available. -Electronic timing will be used for all riders competing.

RIDE DISTANCE SPECIFIC INFORMATION 160KM State Championships -This is an elevated event -All riders will have rider tracking in place, this cost is included in your entry fee. -Best Conditioned Ridden workouts scheduled for 8am Sunday 27th September.

80KM Endurance Ride -Led Best Conditioned workouts scheduled for 8am Sunday 27th September

PRESENTATIONS -20km and 40km riders your presentation times will be announced on the day, once all data entry is completed and signed off. -160km and 80km riders will be approximately 9am Sunday, once vet ring and office have been packed away.

CATERING -Leenies menu to be confirmed.

AMENTIES -Please mop and clean toilets and showers throughout the weekend. If something has run out, please let the office know so it can be replenished.

LATE ENTRIES -A $50 late fee applies for entries after the closing date
