Dogs: must be secured or on a leash attached to a person or fixed object at all times. No campsite reservations. Fires: TBC in drums, subject to ForestrySA restrictions. No catering provided.
Ride Base Open: Fri 26th 10:00 AM to Sun 28th 5:00 PM
Ride Office Open: Fri 26th 12:00 PM to Sun 28th 5:00 PM
Temperature Log: All horses require a 4 day temperature log - 3 days prior to event + day of event prior to travel - see Horse Health Declaration form attached
Refund Policy: Refunds are available minus a $20 administration fee where ride entries are cancelled via AERAOnline by 11:59pm on the Friday before the event - for full details please see refund policy attached
Event Information
Join us for a weekend of riding throughout our beautiful Mount Crawford Forest, traversing varied and interesting terrain including undulating to hilly forestry tracks along with some road sections.
PLEASE NOTE that ALL rides are ELEVATOR rides, meaning that you have the ability to choose not to elevate at various vet checks depending on the distance completed.
FOR EXAMPLE: 160km riders can choose not to elevate from 80km 100km riders can choose not to elevate from 80km 60km riders can choose not to elevate from 40km
Ride legs subject to change so withdrawal distances may vary - riders MUST attend pre-ride talk to confirm the above distances etc.

ENTRIES- get your entries in before Sunday 21 September 2025 at 10pm to recieve the $30 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
No entries accepted after Tuesday 23 September 2025 10pm
FORESTRY PASS- All riders must have a current Forestry Horse Riding Permit, either an Annual / Day Permit - visit https://forestrysa1.rezdy.com/catalog/374170/horse-riding and keep a record of your booking/permit number
DAY MEMBERSHIP $40 for Adults and $30 for children payable for all non-members of SAERA.
All rubbish, manue and hay to be bagged and taken home.
