Temperature Log: All horses require a 4 day temperature log - 3 days prior to event + day of event prior to travel - see Horse Health Declaration form attached
Refund Policy: Refunds are available minus a $20 administration fee where ride entries are cancelled via AERAOnline by 11:59pm on the Friday before the event - for full details please see refund policy attached

Join us for a ride along the Waikerie River over sandy tracks with some dirt road sections - suitable for all riders!
Catering provided Saturday night by Waikerie Pony Club ($20 dinner and dessert - see service items) help us support this club like they are supporting us!
PLEASE NOTE camping fee applies if staying overnight - see service items for powered or non-powered site options
ENTRIES- get your entries in before 25th of August at 10pm to recieve the $30 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
No entries accepted after 10pm on the 27th of August
DAY MEMBERSHIP $40 for Adults and $30 for children payable for all non-members of SAERA.
