No dogs allowed. No campsite reservations. Fires: Fire pots are permitted. Catering: Canteen will be provided by the Season Pantry Food van.
Ride Base Open: Fri 24th 12:00 PM to Sun 26th 10:00 AM
All hay and manure must be cleaned up and removed
Ride Office Open: Fri 24th 2:00 PM to Sat 25th 6:00 PM
The ride office will close at 6pm Friday and reopen 6:15am Saturday.
Temperature Log: All horses need to complete and present a 4 day temp log
Refund Policy: Full refunds available prior to the start of pre ride vetting at 3pm Friday
