Dogs: Must be on a lead, no dogs in the vetting area. . No campsite reservations. Fires: fires allowed, must be in drums off the ground to protect the ridebase. BYO firewood please. Catering: details to follow.

Please follow directions provided, do not follow your GPS. Ride base must be accessed from Shiralee Trail via Lismore St onto Bathurst Rd Abermain. NO access from Bathurst St via Sawyers Gully Rd. Please see directions file on this page
Ride Office Open: Sat 12th 9:30 AM to Sat 12th 4:00 PM
Office opens 9.30 am for Saturday 10k and 20k rides only. Office opens 11.00 am for Sunday rides.
Office will close at 4.00 pm to allow for vetting before dark. Vetting will close at 4.30pm
Temperature Log: per AERA rules
Refund Policy: 100% refund for cancellations notified before midnight Monday 7 July. 50% refund for cancellations notifed after midnight 7 July and before midnight 9 July. After midnight 9 July refunds will be only the NSWERA fee amount. If you need to cancel and want to talk about it, please don't hesitate to contact us. Horse and rider changes are permitted until entries are finalised at the office as long as a nomination has been made before the close date.
Event Information
The intermediate ride is a 40/60km elevator. After passing the vet check at 40kms, you can choose to not continue or its a great step between 40km and 80km.
No new entries will be taken at the ride. We will accept changes to riders and horses up to when entries are finalised at the ride office, as long as a nomination is made before the close date.
If you have any problems with prenominating or want to discuss cancellation, please contact us.
Please: BYO bags for rubbish and take it home with you BYO firewood and fire drum call us if you need to cancel note the directions to the ride base on the file provided here. Don't follow your GPS.
We will be selling Watagan Endurance Ride caps and NSWERA rewritable calendars at the ride. Caps can be pre ordered and paid for.
