Location: Collie racecourse McVee Road Collie
Dogs: Allowed, must be on leads at all time. Are not permitted near the vet ring or at pre ride briefing. Campsite reservations available. Fires: Permitted, but must be in drums. BYO Firewood. Catering: Leenies will be on site from Friday afternoon through to 7pm Saturday.
Ride Base Open: Fri 5th 11:00 AM to Sun 7th 12:00 PM
All hay and manure to be spread evenly before you leave.
The centre of the race will be accessible from 11am.
All rubbish to be placed in bins or taken home with you
Ride Office Open: Fri 5th 1:00 PM to Sun 7th 10:00 AM
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride.

Event Information
*** 160km State Championship Event *** This is an Elevated ride. Best Conditioned Ridden workouts scehduled for 8am Sunday 7th September
*** Presentations *** For the 160km & 80km riders will be approximately 9am Sunday, once vet ring and office have been packed away.
*** Catering *** Leenies menu to be confrimed.
*** Toilets & Showers *** Please mop and clean up after yourselves, if something has run out plese let the office know so it can be replenished.
*** Late Fees *** A $50 late fee applies for entries after the closing date
