Dogs: Allowed, must be on leads at all times. Campsite reservations available. Fires: Allowed in drums. Catering: Offsite Catering by Lake Kimberley Bar & Grill 0408 906 520.
Ride Base Open: Fri 25th 12:00 PM to Sun 27th 9:00 AM
All manure and hay to be bagged and taken home with you.
Ride Office Open: Fri 25th 3:00 PM to Sat 26th 7:00 PM
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride
Refund Policy: A $30 non refundable deposit is included in your entry fee. All refund requests must be made prior to the ride commencement on Friday
Event Information
A late entry fee of $50 applies after nominations close
Please note the Greenhills Inn no longer operates as a Tavern. Meals are available at the Lake Kimberley Bar & Grill approximately 10km from the ride base.
