Dogs: Allowed. They must be on leads at all times and are not permitted near the vet ring. Campsite reservations available. Fires: Permitted, must be in fire drums. Catering: No Catering, Please BYO all food & drinks.

Ride Office Open: Fri 11th 3:00 PM to Sat 12th 7:00 PM
Ride office is located in the Shearing Shed
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride
Refund Policy: A $30 non refundable deposit is included in your entry fee. All refund requests must be made prior to the ride commencement on Friday
