Dogs: No Dogs Permitted.. Campsite: Hay and manure to be bagged and taken home with you . Fires: No individual fires, there will be a communal fire pit.. Catering: Cartering Friday night only by Goomalling Sports & Community Centre. Pre Orders only with entries. Saturday - Back 2 The Grind Coffee Van.

Hay and manure to be bagged and taken home with you
Ride Office Open: Fri 16th 3:00 PM to Sat 17th 7:00 PM
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride.
Refund Policy: A $30 non refundable deposit is included in your entry fee. All refund requests must be made prior to the commencement of the ride on Friday.
