Dogs: To be on leads at all times. Not permitted near the vet ring or are pre ride briefing.. Campsite reservations available. Fires: NO Camp Fires allowed. Catering: Leenies Food Van - times and menus to be advised closer to the event..
Ride Base Open: Thu 17th 12:00 PM to Mon 21st 10:00 AM
Manure & hay to be spread or placed in designated places. Please ensure all rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
Ride Office Open: Thu 17th 3:00 PM to Sun 20th 7:00 PM
The Ride Office will reopen 6am Friday, 3pm Friday & 6am Saturday
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride.

Event Information
CAMPING INSIDE RACETRACK Camping available inside the racetrack from 12pm Thursday. Please note - no toilets inside racetrack, toilet block behind the ride desk to be used as normal.
TPR COURSE A TPR course will be held on Friday afternoon. If you wish to attend, please contact the Ride Organiser by the Wednesday prior to the event.
PRESENTATIONS Times will be announced on the day.
EASTER SUNDAY GAMES Stay and join in the Easter fun on Sunday, fun and games for the young at heart!
