An opportunity for members to provide input to the administration of the sport. 12.00 pm - Lunch - please book for catering numbers 1.00 pm - AGM as per agenda. Election of Executive and Committee Members will have been completed via Election Buddy and confirmed on the day. Motions as received by 5 November, or may be taken from the floor if accepted by the members present, will be discussed and then voted on, also via election buddy. This will be followed by a short QERA Management Committee Meeting to allocate portfolios. 6.00 pm - Xmas Dinner and End-of-Year Awards - booking for dinner by 30 November 2024 for catering purposes.
