Dogs: On a lead at all times - clean up after your dog!. Campsite: Note that officials will provide direction for FEI 3* camps. Fires: Campfires in containuers and off the ground. Catering provided.

Camps with FEI 3* horses will have to camp as directed by officials to ensure horses are in sight of officials. All campsites set up efficiently please.

Temperature Log: AERA 3 days prior to travel plus departure day plus travel days. FEI temp logs as per the app.

Event Information
Stirling's Crossing Endurance Club welcome you to the 2025 Championship Event with the 2025 QERA State Championships and the 2025 EA National Championships running side by side.
The Winner of the 2025 QERA State Championships will be the first across the line from the AERA 160 Middleweight or Heavyweight Divisions or the CEI 3*.
The Ride Base is Stirling's Crossing Equestrian Complex, 1 Derrier Road, Imbil - once you arrive at Imbil, continue straight through the township and follow Yabba Creek Road for approximately 9 kms. Turn left onto Derrier Road and enter the ride base through the thrid entrance.
Imbil provides all services including a feed store, supermarket, service station, pub, post office and many other local businesses.
Hello Expresso will be on site from Firdiay - https://www.helloexpresso.au/helloexpressoproducts - great coffee and great range of other drinks. Caterers on site from Friday will be Franko Pizzas and Foosion who provide a range of burgers and snacks.

FEI riders, please note your earlier nomination requirements. FEI 3* horses must be located to be in view of the officials so your earlier nomination is appreciated, even just as a pending nomination. to give us some idea of how to configure camping.
AERA Riders - the AERA 120 km is offered as an elevator event with options to elevate at 80 kms or 100 kms. Please ensure that your decision to NOT ELEVATE is recorded in your logbook.
Electronic Timing System will be operating so please bring your time cards for those members who have been issued witih them - spare cards will be available.
Water taps are available throughout the grounds and tubs will be avilable in the strapping area.
Riders - please assist us by returning bibs and timing cards before you leave the grounds.
