Location: Ararat Harness Club, Blake Street, Ararat
Dogs: must be on lead and in control at all times. No campsite reservations. Fires: must be in drums - BYO drums and wood. Catering: Saturday night dinner - pre purchase see Service Items. Saturday orders for Sunday Meals. Limited canteen at other times. .
Ride Base Open: Fri 8th 1:00 PM to Sun 10th 9:00 PM
bags supplied for horse manure - all manure to be bagged before leaving
take all rubbish home
Ride Office Open: Sat 9th 9:30 AM to Sat 9th 4:00 PM
Temperature Log: as per AERA requirements 4 days prior to pre ride vetting
Refund Policy: 100% refund all fees upto Sunday 27th July 11pm: 50% refund all fees upto Friday 8th August 11pm: NO refund after 11pm Friday 8th August
Event Information
Raffle tickets available pre ride and during the weekend - drawn at presentations. NEW OTT (Off The Track) and HERO competion and awards for registered horses. Please email details of your OTT or HERO horse to ponyclubararat@hotmail.com by 31st July. Criteria for these awards - OTT horses must be registred with OTT - search for ' off the track community' if your horse is not yet registered. Horses for the HERO award must be a registered pure or part bred standardbred - please supply registration details.
