- Meals available at the McEvoy Tavern
- Tracks are technical but achievable if ridden
to conditions
- No Fires Allowed
- Dogs: allowed but must be leashed at all times
- Manure to be left at designated collection
points
- Toilets & showers are available on grounds
- Bring your own drinking water for riding

Vetting Open: 12noon – 3pm Saturday & 6am – 7am Sunday for 10Km & 20Km
Start Times: 40Km – 6am / 20Km – 8am / 10Km – 8:30am
Pre-Ride Talk (10Km & 20Km) - 7:15am

Plus Day Membership Fee ($30) if required
We welcome all Newcomers. For all newcomers there will be a newcomer strapping area setup at the grounds. This area will at all times during ride duration have an experienced endurance rider in attendance who will be able to offer assistance and guidance on strapping procedures as well as assess heart rate, etc before vetting. You do not need any fancy equipment to attend this event.
If you are are coming to try endurance for the first time we recommend that horses be able to have their temperatures safely taken as well as be able to trot beside you on a loose lead in a straight line. Also, if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact the ride organiser. We would love to see you all there!
