Dogs permitted. No campsite reservations. Campfires not permitted. Catering provided.
Ride Base Open: Fri 14th 12:00 PM to Sun 16th 6:00 PM
No powered sites. Toilets & showers available on site. Please spread your manure before leaving. Dogs on leads at all times. Take home your rubbish. No parking in roped off areas. No fires please. Showground camping fee is $10 per horse.
Ride Office Open: Sat 15th 9:00 AM to Sun 16th 5:00 PM
Temperature Log: 3 day HHD starting Wed, 12 Feb and including Thurs, 13 Feb and Fri, 14 Feb. Please bring temp log to office with entry.
Refund Policy: Full refunds will be processed up until Friday, 14 Feb (Midnight) less bank fees.
Event Information
RIDE BASE ADDRESS: Neville Showground, Pascoe Street, Neville
ON-SITE CATERING: Cook Wook Wong Food Van serving up Aussie Chinese style meals but also all your usual lunch takeaway faves PLUS coffee and beverages. They will be on-site all weekend including dinner. OFF-SITE CATERING: Neville Pub is a short walk with a great bistro menu including pizza. Rustic Nature Cafe is a short walk offering delicious treats, coffee and light day meals.
TRACKS: The 20km is a nice easy track suitable for all horse and rider levels both fitness and ability. The 40km tracks are technical but very achievable when ridden to conditions. Shoes or boots are recommended for the 40km tracks. Please see our Facebook page for more track info and videos.
VETTING: Opens 10:30am SATURDAY with first preference being given to SAT riders and/or riders entered both days. Opens 07:00am SUNDAY for 20km riders only.
START TIMES: Saturday 12:30 pm - 40km (3 hour min-5 hour max ride time) 01:30pm - 20km (1.5 hour min-3.5 hour max ride time)
Sunday 06:30am - 40km (3 hour min-5 hour max ride time) 08:30am - 20km (1.5 hour min-3.5 hour max ride time)

OTHER INFO: If this is to be your first endurance event, we recommend that your horses be able to have their temperatures safely taken as well as be able to trot beside you on a loose lead in a straight line.
