Fires: Contained and off the ground, and monitored at all times.. Catering: The Imbil Recreation Committee have meals avaialble on site..

Ride base open from 1.00 pm pm Wednesday to allow for Marathon entries to set up camps.
Ride Office Open: Thu 17th 2:00 PM to Mon 21st 6:00 PM
Admin crew will be available from 2.00 pm each day to confirm nominations for the next day.
Temperature Log: All horses on site, must present with a Horse Health declaration showiing a temperature log of 3 days prior to traeland days up to pre-ride vetting.
Refund Policy: Refunds provided minus an admin fee. Note that all refunds should be applied for through the online nomination system by Wednesday 23 April.
Event Information
Catering is available by the Imbil Show Society from Thursday 17 April for the duration of the Easter Endurance Carnvial. Please support our caterers.
A short walk to town will give you access to the local Hotel, IGA, bakery, laundromat, cafe, service station.
A Presentation Dinner will be held on Easter Monday evening 21st April, 2025. This is an excellent chance to relax and have fun after a great weekend. Please book when you do your nominations so as not to be disappointed. Dinner is a 2 course meal consisting of roast meat and vegies and dessert with a vegetarian option as well.
NOTE THAT DINNER NUMBERS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY MONDAY 14 APRIL.
Marathon The 320 km FAW Marathon is offered as an elevator with the option to not elevate at the end of leg 6, end of day 3. You must complete all legs over the first 3 days for this to count as a marathon.
Parade for Best Managed for completions in the 320 km marathon will be at 4.00 pm on Monday afternoon.
Ride Base The base is set up with lighting, showers, toilets and some water points - bring your own hose. A dedicated crewing area will be provided near the vetting area. There are no powered sites. Campsites are first-in-best-dressed with priority given to significant volunteers and camps that include marathon riders/horses.
Please remove all rubbish from camping areas. Wheelie bins will be available and a collection point for horse manure will be advised.
