Location: Kilkivan Showgrounds and Equestrian Centre, 88 Mudlo Road, Kilkivan
Dogs: Kept on leads at ALL times with a responcible persons.. No campsite reservations. Fires: Campfire contained above ground.. Catering: Coffee van and bugers will be available from midday Friday through to Sunday breakfast..

Hot showers and toilets avaliable. All campsites to be left tidy with all rubbish to be taken.
Manure to be spread.
Ride Office Open: Fri 22nd 2:00 PM to Sun 24th 11:00 AM
Temperature Log: As per AERA Horse Health Declarations, three days prior to travel and then up to pre-ride presentation.
Refund Policy: 100% refunds up until nominations close and thereafter as determined by the Ride Organiser.

Please note the ride schedule - all rides are being run on Saturday, with a midnight start for the 160 km Quilty Qualifier.
