Catering: the local Johns River cafe will be open on the weekend, Artisan Pizza will be attending on Saturday night and we will have the local JRVC canteen running Sunday morning. Order your pizza with your entry and you will get served before the cash payments on the night.
Temperature Log: Standard AERA - 3 days prior plus day of travel.
Refund Policy: 100% up until Friday 26th. At ROC discretion thereafter.
Event Information
We are bundling up some events so you can ride both days and save money! Event 1: Saturday 20km single ride. Event 2: Saturday 20km and Sunday 20km rides Event 3: Saturday 20km and Sunday 40km rides Event 4: Sunday 80km event Event 5: Sunday 40km single ride Event 6: Sunday 20km single ride
Don't worry if entering two day rides and only the Saturday ride shows up in the Nominations. We will be adding you to the Sunday events once we've closed entries and rolled the Nominations over into entries. Contact Linda if you have any questions re the ride events/entry.
If you wish to come early, or stay Sunday night, please pay the extra camping fee to help us cover the cost of the ground hire.
We will be holding a Monsta Raffle on Saturday before pre-ride with great prizes - first prize is a FullHD Drone, we have CEN Oil Products, wine, feed supplies, The Outback Rack products, and many more sponsored prizes. Tickets can be purchased with your ride entry, or for cash on Saturday when you come and do your entries.
