The office will be in the hall.
The office will open at 9am for Saturday riders & riders riding both days. Please if you're only riding on Sunday wait until 11am to come & enter.
Temperature Log: 4 day horse health declaration. These must start 3 days prior to departure plus the date of departure.
Refund Policy: 100% refund until close of entries Wednesday night. 50% refund untill 9pm Friday 4th. No refunds after 9pm Friday 4th. All refunds need to be processed through AERAonline.

9am office opens for Saturday riders & people riding both days. 10am vetting opens for Saturday riders & people riding both days. 11am office opens for Sunday riders. 12pm vetting opens Sunday riders. 6pm Saturday rides presentation & Preride talk.
12pm 40km starts - preride talk at the back gate 11.45am under saddle. Min riding time 3hrs, Maximun 5.30hrs. 12.30pm 20km starts - preride talk at the back gate 12.20pm under saddle. Min riding time 1.5hrs, Maximum 3hrs. 1pm 10km starts - preride talk at the back gate 12.50pm under saddle. Min riding time 45mins, Maximum 2hrs.
Sunday
4am 80km start. Min riding time per leg 3hrs, Maximum riding time 9hrs. 6am 40km start. Min riding time 3hrs, Maximum 5.30hrs. 3pm presentation.
Tracks will have a range of gravel roads, farm paddocks, tar roads with good verge. There will be combinations of normal tracks & some that we havent used in a while. Due to lambing & cropping we are unable to use as much farm land as normal, therefore having to use our good verged tar roads more. We are starting early to beat the small amounts of traffic as much as possible.
