Temperature Log: The standard requirement for recording temperatures will be for the 3 days prior to departure plus the date of departure.If travelling for 2 or more days, temperatures must be logged for each day of travel and for each day at ride base up to, and including the day of pre-ride vetting.
Refund Policy: 100% refund up until Sunday 9th March. 50% till Wednesday 12th March . 0% after 12th March

RIDE
MANDATORY PRE RIDE TALKS
Saturday - 20km & 40 km pre ride talk saddled 15 minutes prior to start time at start gate. Sunday - 40/80km pre ride talk 6:00pm. Near the office Sunday - 20km ride pre ride talk saddled 15 minutes prior to start time at start gate.
Ride times Saturday 12:00 pm - 40km [ 3 hour minimum - 5 hour max ride time ] 01:00 pm - 20km [ 2 hour minimum - 3.5 hour max ride time ]
Sunday 05:00am - 80km [ 6 hours minimum novice time ] 07:00am - 40km [ 3 hour minimum - 5 hour max ride time ] 09:30am - 20km [ 2 hour minimum - 3.5 hour maximum ]
Post ride presentations Saturday 20/40km riders near the office at 5:30pm. Completion awards for all successful riders Sunday 20/40km riders 1pm. 80km riders 3pm. Completion awards for all successful riders
VETTING TIMES Saturday 10am - 5:30pm Sunday 7am - 3pm 10am Saturday with initial preference given to Saturday riders 7am Sunday for 20km riders only. All 40km riders on the Sunday need to vet on the Saturday
