Dogs: Dogs MUST be on leads and kept out of the vetting area.. Campsite: no reservations but a $10 fee applies for every horse.. Fires: Whether fires are allowed is to be confirmed, depending on weather conditions.. Catering: Snax on Trax Cafe will be catering from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon. Enter ride base off Shiralee Trail via Bathurst St and Lismore St Abermain. Do not follow your GPS any other way.
Ride Office Open: Sat 28th 11:30 AM to Sat 28th 5:00 PM
20km riders are asked to enter and vet on Saturday 28/9 if possible. For the 20km ride only, the office will also open at 7am on Sunday 29/9/24 to finalise entries and hand out bibs for riders who dont want to camp overnight. Entries for the 40km and 80km rides must be finalised on 28/9/24.
Temperature Log: 3 days all horses
Refund Policy: 100% refund until midnight 23/9/24, then 50% until midnight 25/9/24. Please note event info about changes to horses and riders.
Event Information
No new entries will be taken at the ride. Rider and horse changes will be accommodated up to when entries are finalised at the ride office, as long as an entry fee has been paid before entries close. For example if you enter with one horse and wish to ride another, or enter a horse and change the rider, these changes can be made ( subject to the rules of course).
Photographer extraordinaire, Sarah Sullivan Photography will be taking your ride photos again this year.
Ride start and pre ride talk times are subject to confirmation.
Important info, please: bring your human drinking water bring your own horse water if arriving on Friday, horse water will be available at the ride base from Saturday 28/9/24, take your rubbish home and leave your campsite tidy
